Open to all documentary films worldwide, submission to Blitta Documentary Film festival (FESDOB 2016 - Festival International de Films Documentaires de Blitta), in Togo will be closed on July 31th, 2016..

The theme of this 6th edition is: "non fiction film contribution to fight crossboundary & sea insecurity". The FESDOB 2016 will be held on Tuesday 15th to Sunday 20 November 2016, in Blitta (Togo).

Each submission is limited to two films maximum by filmmaker and only if it's different durations (feature plus short, not short plus short or feature and feature). A movie can be submitted by the film director or the producer.
It must be produced after 31st December 2014 (so maximum two years old) and never been submitted at a previous FESDOB edition.

To submit, please send:


  • A entry form, fullfilled and signed;

  • A specification sheet;

  • A synopsis in English and French;

  • A Director's biofilmography;

  • Two (02) Posters of the film, with dimensions of 0.60 m x 0.80 m;

  • A (01) DVD copy PAL

The journalist and film Critic, Charles Ayetan is the General delegate of the festival. Since 2008, he has been writer at Présence Chrétienne, Catholic National Monthly for information and training. In that way, he collaborates with many magazines as Signis Medias and Africiné Magazine (Dakar). Graduate in Law, he is a poetry and film passionate, he participated to several film critic training workshops. He was part of many film jurys as member or President.
Since 2009, he has been Editor at Caméra, Film bulletin published by Togo Film Critic Journalists Association (AJCC-TOGO), he is founding member.
