CITOYEN KWAMÉ (CITIZEN KWAME) est un film minimaliste sur les visas de voyage. Il raconte l'histoire de Kwamé, un homme africain qui veut voyager à l'extérieur de son pays, mais il doit d'abord obtenir un visa d'un gardien caucasien qui contrôle les mouvements entrant et sortant de la maison. C'est seulement avec l'aide d'une récente petite amie caucasienne qu'il réussit.
