Kaltoumi est une jeune mère et ingénieure, portant toujours le hijab et conduisant étrangement une moto Bobber dans la zone sahélienne pour commercer avec les terroristes de Boko Haram. Une fois exposée, elle est maudite et bannie de son village. Ainsi, commence son voyage pour reprendre son bébé de trois mois.
Kaltoumi, 25 ans, vit à Feshue, un village conservateur et patriarcal qui croit fortement en la magie. Abandonnée par son mari, elle élève seule son bébé. Loin des regards indiscrets et au volant d'une moto Bobber, Kaltoumi est contrainte de faire le trafic de marchandises avec les terroristes de Boko Haram. Comme son activité est criminelle, elle prend des précautions extrêmes pour naviguer entre ces mondes.
Cependant, Modou, le chef du village, a découvert les activités secrètes de Kaltoumi. Pour la punir, il "confisque" son bébé, l'expulse de Feshue et lui jette un sort. Ce sort fait gonfler ses seins de jour en jour. Ce qui lui cause une douleur atroce. Pour briser la malédiction et retrouver enfin son bébé, elle doit trouver une grande quantité de sel.
Rejetée par sa propre famille, elle erre dans le Sahel jusqu'à ce qu'un groupe de femmes marginales la sauve. Ayant été personnellement impactées par les atrocités des terroristes, elles prennent mal la relation de Kaltoumi avec Boko Haram. Elles ne tolèrent sa présence que parce qu'elle s'est rendue indispensable. Loin de son bébé, les seins de plus en plus gonflés et détestée par celles avec qui elle vit désormais, la "punition" de Kaltoumi est loin d'être terminée.

INTENTION
I'M COMING FOR YOU is a story that raises the issue of women's freedom by highlighting the notion of sisterhood, all in a Sahelian land with a war as background, but also an underlying question of maternal love: how far can it go?
Kaltoumi, is both light and shadow. As much as she loves her baby and her family with a sincere and deep love, she is also involved in trafficking with terrorists. Her journey of initiation, like Ulysses in Greek mythology, allows her at the end to combine these two sides of herself. Isn't the human being both shadow and light?
I have a desire, through this film, to explore subjects that are very much rooted in reality in a fantastic way. Where I come from, it doesn't matter if you are a Muslim, Christian or atheist, we all believe in the existence of a higher mystical entity. In this space, the perception and interpretation of a certain reality remains strongly influenced by the relationship people have with nature and the elements: air, fire, earth...
