Je suis un "muanapoto". Cela signifie, en lingala, la langue majoritaire au Congo, "l'enfant de France". Je mène deux vies : d'un côté ma vie avec mon copain, de l'autre mes week-ends chez ma mère Suzanne, qui ne sait pas que je suis homosexuel. À 30 ans, j'entame une enquête intime pour comprendre ce qui m'empêche de lui en parler. En faisant parler ma mère sur ce que j'ignore d'elle, son passé et sa culture, je découvre le moyen de ne pas être le seul à annoncer une partie de mon identité. C'est le début d'un dialogue.
