Lwanda is a seasoned actor and dancer. He isn’t new on the acting scene though, his career dates back to 2000 when he was part of a theatre group. Having featured in the local popular Kenyan soap opera Siri on citizen TV, Mnazi lane on KBC TV, and is a favourite in the theatre, being cast  in popular plays such as; Fiddler on the roof, Malaika, Aida, Phantom of the opera. He has also been in the Modelling industry earning several titles along the way including that of Mr. Kenya 2010.
He is definitely a risk taker having quit his job to join the very talented cast of Kona before it was a sure thing. Impressed by his audition process, the big wigs at MNET Africa brought him into what seems to be fast becoming one of the hottest shows on TV.
The actor can also boast of his brilliant performances in The First Grader and The Rugged Priest. He’s not a newbie on the scene and with his craft growing stronger by the day; he will definitely be around for a while.
