Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Cinéma (anciennement Rhône-Alpes Cinéma jusqu'en 2015) est un fonds régional de coproduction destiné à financer des films de long-métrage tournés en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (auparavant seulement en Rhône-Alpes avant la fusion avec l'Auvergne) et à en assurer la promotion dans la région.

Historique
La société, est fondée en 1990, à l'initiative du metteur en scène Roger Planchon. Outre son activité de coproduction, elle a pour rôle de faciliter également les tournages dans la région Rhône-Alpes. C'est une approche qui a été pionnière sur l'investissement des Régions dans la production cinématographique.

AUVERGNE-RHONE-ALPES CINEMA Société anonyme créée en 1991 (capital 50 292 euros).

Objet : production de longs métrages de cinéma.
Personnel : 6 salariés.

BUDGET 2021 :
Investissement : 3 127 000 € / Fonctionnement : 600 000 €

FINANCEMENT
Région 3 000 000 euros. Produits d'exploitation : NC.
Convention État-CNC-Région depuis 2011.

MISSIONS
Soutien à l'écriture et à la production de films de long métrage cinéma / Soutien à la diffusion / Éducation à l'image : partenariat lycée Villefontaine (option cinéma et audiovisuel).
